Acceptable use
You may use Davix only to download content you are authorized to download — content you own, content that is publicly and permissively available, or content the source platform's own mechanisms permit you to retrieve. You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with the rights of the content owner and any applicable law.
What Davix will not do
Davix does not circumvent digital rights management, bypass authentication or paywalls, or work around a platform's access controls. Requests that would require any of these are rejected with a clear error.
Service limits
Davix enforces a daily anonymous download limit and reasonable resource limits (file size, processing time, concurrency) to keep the service stable. We may adjust these limits at any time.
No warranty
Davix is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind. Source platforms change frequently, and we do not guarantee that any specific platform or link will remain processable.
Termination of access
We may restrict or block access for use that violates these terms, including abusive request patterns or attempts to circumvent rate limits or security controls.
